Board meetings are held the second Friday of each month at 3:30 p.m. at the Volunteer Fire Department located at 3138 Hell's Gate Loop in Sportsman's World.  All property owners are invited and encouraged to attend.  Notice of the meetings are posted on the bulletin board at the office and will also be posted on this website along with the agenda of the meeting.

PLEASE NOTE, THE LOCATION, THE DAY, AND TIME OF THE MEETINGS ARE USUALLY THE SAME - THE 2ND FRIDAY OF THE MONTH AT 3:30 PM.  WE WILL POST ANY CHANGES.

The Agenda will be posted on this website and the minutes of the meetings and the financial reports will be posted on the website after they have been approved by the Board at the meeting.
